Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)First Class Mail.

The risk of loss and ownership for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is scanned by USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS.
All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact USPS. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.

British Virgin Islands (BVI) SHIPPING

        Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase.

All BVI orders are forwarded via United States Postal Service to Khoy's Mailing and Delivery Service.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

L’elle Boutique guarantees quality merchandise; We will gladly return/Exchange merchandise for Store Credit Only.

We do not offer CASH REFUNDS 💰

Returns will only be accepted if the item has not been worn,washed,free from odor and has original tags attached.

All return claims must be made within 10 DAYS of the purchase date. Shipping/PayPal fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

All sale/clearance items/jewelry and swim are FINAL.

No exceptions ✨

DOMESTIC PICK UP/ DELIVERY POLICY

DOMESTIC / PICK UP

Domestic Pick Up is only Available for customers who reside in St.Croix USVI.

Domestic Pick up is only available on Mon-Sat unless otherwise stated.
All orders placed on Mon-Fri will be available for pick up the next business day.
All orders placed on Sat/Sun will be available for pick up on Monday unless otherwise stated.
All orders left at the pick up location for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned.
No Refunds/Exchanges or Store Credit will be given on abandoned orders.
